My eyes hurt so damn much right now. I now know why. I was stuck in a room filled with smoke. My eyes hurt so bad, I had to take them out half way home. Ocean's 12... Was it worth it?

So I came into work, because the CO people were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo backed up. I ended up watching Ocean's 12, because I wanted to see it. I could have waited, but I was the only SM left in the building. WTF! Everyone else left around 1am and I get stuck til 2:15am after working 9am-6pm. I barely got to play my fuckin XBox. WTF!!! XBox Sucks???

I cannot fuckin believe I would ever get an XBox... I did. I cannot believe that shit either... Oh well. I can say one thing about the XBox. It is like you took the Gamecube and gave it online. I will say the graphics are good, load times are at a low, you can import your own tunes, and Halo 2. I will say that I have had no troubles getting online or loading up any games. I wish I could say the same about my PS2. I cannot believe they ever took my PS2. It barely worked. Those dumb bastards! I am off to see Ocean's 12 now!

Why can't EA make a good Bond game?

After much discussion with my brother, we both decided that there are no good bond games since James Bond's Nightfire. EA is the best video game company out there. Why the fuck can't they make a Bond game GREAT??? I think I could take Nightfire, Agent under Fire, and Goldeneye and make a perfect game. I would make it so you have to play more maps and then some. Maybe someone from EA will get the hint after playing "Rogue Agent", but I doubt it.

Busy time(s) of year

There are two times a year retail and movie retailers are fuckin busy. Black Friday (the day after thanksgiving) and December 26th (the day after Christmas). Today was BLACK FRIDAY! I have seen a lot of people walking through the doors, but come on. I had to deal with women bitching about how low the tp was and how there was no t.p. at all. WTF!?! Thanksgiving?

The End of an Era...

I was told that GKC Theatres (I used to work for them) was bought out by Marcus Cinemas. I always wondered if Beth would stay with the company. I did not think she would bail out so quickly. I really do not want to say anything bad about her, but I wish she would have tried to sell the company internally. If I was in her situation though, I would have sold the company to the highest bidder and called it a day.

I had a lot of fun working for them, but I knew this would come. Before I left the company, I felt that something was not right. I could not explain it, but I knew it was there. I mean I left GKC for a bunch of reasons, but I think that was the BIG one. I have missed working for the easiest operating chain, but I wish Kerasotes would have bought them. You see, GKC and Kerasotes was one chain. They broke around 85 or 86. I will say that it would have been awesome to get the theaters back to one company.

One more thing... Do you think any of the Mangers know about the purchase by Marcus? I doubt it. Alright check this out... GKC will not tell any of the Managers until they find out from rumors and/or the news... How fucked up it that?!? Should I tell someone from there? Not my business anymore. How weird is that?

Saturday Night Out

Tonight I went out with Heather. We went out to Applebee's and then back home to watch a movie. We watched Saved! It was very funny. I doubt my parents would like it though. So I kicked ass at work today. I got my hair cut and did laundry. But... I went to go pick my shit up and some fat fuck was in the laundry place. He was "looking" for some of his clothes that he left there a week ago. I asked him, "Why haven't you picked your clothes up since then?" I thought it was a good question. Chevelle / Shinedown / Vendetta Red / Future Leaders of the World

Wow... And I thought no one could give Green Day or Pearl Jam a run at the best concert's that I have seen. I stand corrected... The fuckin best part of the show is... it was FREE!!! I shit you not. Miller was giving them out and my brother hooked my ass up with the tickets. Mike, Johnny, Aaron, and I all went to the concert.

Vendetta Red was awesome. I will say that they put on a great show. Future Leaders of the World was good. They are a mix between Nirvana and Rage Against the Machine. Both of these bands are on EPIC Records. Then some BITCH wore a shirt that said, "Jesus is a Cunt" to this concert. WTF!!! Chevelle = Christian Rock... WTF... Shinedown did a set that was awesome for the few songs they have. I will say the energy they put off was fuckin great.

Finally after 3 and a half hours waiting, CHEVELLE ROCKED THE HOUSE!!! Wow... They did almost all the songs I wanted to hear. The only one I was upset at not hearing was "Open / Point #1". The set was still awesome. Pete came out and started to play "Vitamin R" in the wrong tuning. He grabbed the right guitar and started to play the song again. After the concert was over, I was sad; sad that I would not be able to see Chevelle play again for a while. If you get a chance to see them, DO IT!!!

Hopefully I am not too sore tomorrow. I was head banging and jumping a around like a hardcore fan. I just have a bad feeling I will be fuckin hurting tomorrow.

Here is an interesting fact... Every time I have been to Bloomington, IL, something bad has happened... I got a ticket, Mike's Car broke down, I got in trouble at all the meetings there, and my first/only stalker lives there... I am pretty sure she stills lives there. This is the first time nothing bad has happened.

I cannot believe that it has been over 2 months since I last updated my web page. What the fuck am I thinking??? Any ways I thought I should give an update on my life. Since I last updated I have completed about 75% of the ParadigM DvD “Live in Lafayette, IL 10-04-03” by 86 productions. ParadigM is a band that features Chuck Harker, Andrew Hughes (for now), Mike Smith, & Tom Walenfeldt. I filled in on the vocals since someone bailed on them. The show went pretty good besides the fact I barely knew the lyrics for the songs. I will have pics up soon so everyone can check it out.

I have been working at another theater company in Pekin, IL. I really like the fact everything is not put upon my shoulders. Wow, I really like the job. Everyone there is nice and my boss is really kewl. I started skating again. Someone said something about trying out for a pro team. I know I am not that good, but then I thought that trying out for a pro team is something I tried.

I was told recently, “You are lucky. I have trouble being able to talk to people. For some reason, you never have had a problem like that. I really hate you for that… I feel now the reason you do not have problems like that and the reason everyone likes is you have charisma.” The funny thing is that it is from a friend that I have not talked to or seen in 4+ years. Do I have charisma? I guess I do. What the fuck does that word mean?

Charisma means:

A personal attractiveness that enables you to influence others

A rare personal quality attributed to leaders who arouse fervent popular  devotion and enthusiasm.

Personal magnetism or charm: a television news program famed for the charisma of its anchors.

An extraordinary power, such as the ability to perform miracles, granted  by the Holy Spirit.

Do I have those powers? I doubt it. I hope that I keep most people happy, but do I really have charisma?

I have finally come to terms with something that happened 5.5 years ago. I will be taking the next steps really soon. This time it is not a joke. I really love her. I will ask her parents again because I asked so long ago. I really miss seeing her everyday. Soon that will not be a problem. I LOVE YOU! You know who you are ;-)

I just got a DVR (Digital Video Recorder). Let me tell you that it is the coolest thing ever. I can pause live TV and more. I love it. Super Bowl at my crib!!!
